The path to a Board position is not always an accessible and inclusive one. We are proud to be part of聽, a non-profit mentoring programme designed to support talented individuals from disadvantaged and non-traditional backgrounds to begin the journey to becoming Board members. Our Partners volunteer their time as mentors and provide personal advice and guidance on the recruitment process, CV writing, interviews and building candidate confidence in applying for Board roles.
